1. Contaminated Soil Remediation – Thermal Desorption (TFTD)

Our TFTD units are engineered to clean contaminated soils by heating them to temperatures that vaporize and separate volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, including petroleum derivatives.

✓ Process Overview

1. Preparation
Material is fed through a hopper and pre-screened to remove or crush oversize stones. If moisture is too high, mechanical conditioning is applied for maximum efficiency.

2. Desorption in the Rotary Kiln
Prepared soil enters a direct-fired rotary kiln via a precision weighing belt.
A high-intensity main burner flame is positioned at the kiln’s lower end.
Specially engineered flight designs ensure the soil continuously falls into the center of the flame, achieving:

  • Optimal heat transfer

  • Accurate temperature control

  • Maximum desorption efficiency

3. Gas Treatment & Pollution Control
● Dust removal via a high-efficiency bag filter
● VOC and pollutant destruction in the Modular Thermal Oxidizer Unit

Zero Emission Performance
Our thermal oxidizers achieve up to 99.99% destruction efficiency, making the system fully compliant with zero-emission standards.

4. Clean Soil Recovery
Remediated soil is automatically rehydrated to 7–10% moisture, cooled, and discharged as clean, reusable material.


2. Mobile Solid Waste Incineration System

Engineered for remote locations such as oil drilling sites, refinery tank farms, and industrial facilities, this system delivers high-temperature, fast, and environmentally compliant solid waste disposal.
