Vacuum Degasser

HANV series Degasser are used to remove small amounts of entrained gas, such as methane, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide, from drilling muds as well as Watershed and other process fluids.
HANV series Degasser negative pressure vacuum with works . fluid is fed through a series of baffles or dispersion plates whereas fluid surface area is increased, allowing the entrained gas to separate either with the help of a vacuum pump.
An efficient vacuum degasser is essential to the safe and productive drilling operations, as it used to separate the gas effectively in the drilling. HANV series Degasser series degasser has advantages of high efficiency up to 95% and great painting works inside for longer service life under corrosive condition. Our degasser is widely used for oil and gas wells, exploration wells, ultra-deep wells and underbalanced well drilling projects, that suitable for supporting various drilling fluid circulation purification systems.

Totally we supply 4 types degassers including 260, 300, 360 and 400 cubic meters per hour. While the HANV400 is the biggest one. Treating capacity the smallest 260m³/h, the (Mpa) is 02-05, main engine 22kW and pumps engine 5.5 kW, speed is 900rpm. Gas removal efficiency is 95%. For the painting, we adopt sand blasting per SA 2.5 prior to the primary, then 3 layer painting with Jotun specific marine surface painting oil, which will more corrosion resistance.

（2）During the working process of water ring vacuum pump,it always stays in isothermal condition , which is suitable for the suction of flammable and explosive gas and the performance is safe and reliable .

（3）Drilling mud hit the wall through the window of a rotor at a high speed, bubbles in the mud broken thoroughly,the degassing efficiency is high and more than 95%.

（4）The application of gas water separator will not make the water and gas discharged simultaneously and the discharge pipe is always clear.
