The working principle of the mud solidification unit
The mud on the construction site is transferred to the feeding banker with a rubber loader, the 5 x 5 cm sieve on the banker separates the large stones mixed into the mud from the mud.
The mud is transferred to the transfer spiral, which also serves as a weighing device, with 2 inclined spirals at the bottom of the banker. The material weighed from the transfer spiral is mixed in the mixer. During the mixing, other chemicals such as lime, cement, water are weighed separately and mixed in the two-shaft mixer. The mud transferred from the mixer is filled into the previously opened pit where the drilling is done and left harmless to nature.
