Han MEKATRONIK HANCON Series U type Screw Conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment used in the transport of mud, materials of the drilling waste management system. It consists of bearing housing, screw blade, ball screw, hanging bearing, conveyor housing driven reducer and motor. A combination of single or multiple screw equipment can be used to integrate with each other to meet specific site requirements. It has a multi-inlet and outlet trough type pipe with a maximum inclination angle of 20°. The rotation of the blade initiated by the motor, then the material transferred along the spiral to the outlets.
Han Mechatronics’ HANCON Series screw conveyor uses a rotating helical screw blade in a U-groove to convey mud or other bulk materials and is usually used at a horizontal or slight incline. The screw conveyor consists of a spindle welded spiral from a trough with a spiral blade wound around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other.
