HAN-VE Series Sludge sieve units are used to separate foreign solids from water-bentonite, water-polymer or different bentonite mixtures used during oil drilling. Shale shaker plays an important role in maintaining drilling fluid performance. Materials from 10 microns to 100 microns can be sieved through coarse sieves and 10 to 1 mm fine sieves.

It extends its service life with its extra strong body structure, durable material assembly, computer-designed chrome-molybdenum-nickel gear set with first class metallurgy.
The HAN-VE Series Screen body is extremely strong and supports the stresses required by the high power mechanism. This strength is provided by the chassis made of beam sections with reinforcing elements positioned at critical locations. The side plates are made of high quality steel and laser cut holes. The chassis is fixed with huck-bolt technique to the side plates that provide structural integrity, eliminating the strain on the sieve body.
Rubber and Polyurethane sieve surface is used for sieving highly abrasive materials that require high wear resistance. It is more resistant to clogging and material accumulation than steel wire mesh.
