Secure the Energy of the Future Today: Sustainable Solutions by TPMCHAN

The Industrial Revolution and the rapid growth of the automotive and machinery industries have made petroleum-based products an essential part of modern life. Petroleum is a powerful yet non-renewable energy source used in fuels, lubricants, coolants, and maintenance products. With global petroleum reserves being limited, action must be taken today to ensure future generations can also benefit from this valuable resource.

Instead of discarding used petroleum products, they must be re-refined and recycled.

Why Is Recycling Crucial?

During use, oils become contaminated with water, unburned fuel, degraded additives, dirt, oxidized metals, and carbon residues. As a result, the oil turns into “black oil,” unsuitable for further lubrication.

  • ❌ Environmental Risk: Improper disposal (pouring it into drains, landfills, or water sources) causes severe environmental harm. Just one drop of used oil can contaminate up to 1,000 liters of water!

  • ✅ The Solution & Benefit: Recycling this oil reduces pollution and preserves valuable energy resources for the long term. TPMCHAN technology transforms hazardous waste into a valuable resource, contributing to a sustainable energy future

  • The TPMCHAN Recycling Process: Step-by-Step Purification Technology

Explore our five-stage, environmentally friendly process designed to convert waste mineral oil into high-purity, new base oil:

1. Pre-Filtering and Chemical Pre-Treatment Unit

  • Used oil is first purified from solid contaminants like fabric residues, metal dust, and dirt.

  • The pre-filtered oil is heated to for settling or, in rare cases, stabilized with a weak alkaline solution.

2. Water and Solvent Removal Unit

  • Waste oil is heated evaporating water and light hydrocarbons.

  • Vapors pass through a heat exchanger, where they condense and are separated. The dehydrated oil is prepared for the next stage.

3. Asphalt Removal and Separation Unit (Distillation)

  • The pre-treated oil is transferred to a multi-stage distillation column.

  • Based on boiling point differences, the oil is separated into Light, Intermediate, and Heavy fractions, which are collected as crude oil fractions.

  • The remaining bottom residue (asphalt) is removed from the system and stored separately.

4. Base Oil Filtration Unit (Hydrogenation)

  • Crude oil passes through a solid waste filter to remove fine particles.

  • Hydrogenation, combined with vacuum drying and filtration, produces a high-purity, stable base oil.

  • Hydrogen reacts with sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, and unsaturated compounds in the waste oil, creating a final product with low sulfur content, long shelf life, and excellent insulating properties.

5. Gas Cleaning (Hookah) and Incineration Unit

  • Non-condensed gases from the heat exchanger are directed into the “Hookah” tank, where they are washed with water to remove hydrocarbons.

  • Remaining gases are safely burned in a thermal incinerator equipped with automatic ignition, preventing environmental harm.

  • Why Choose TPMCHAN Solutions?

TPMCHAN provides long-lasting, safe, and environmentally friendly systems that allow you to transform hazardous waste into a valuable resource using mineral oil recycling technology.

  • ✅ Sustainability: Reduces environmental pollution and conserves petroleum reserves.
